These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Canggu Dating Club website at https://canggudatingclub.com (the “Website”) and your submission of the casting application form (the “Form”). By submitting the Form, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
To use the Form, you must be at least 18 years old. By submitting, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Casting Application
The Form allows you to apply to be considered for our live show (the “Show”) in Bali, Indonesia. Submission does not guarantee that you will be cast on the Show.
- Information collected: name, email, phone, age, gender, relationship status, Instagram handle, application category, and your answers to our open-ended questions.
- You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
3. License Grant
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display your submissions—including any videos recorded during the Show—your name, likeness, voice, and biographical information, in any media now known or hereafter devised, for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation. We may post Show videos to YouTube but will not publicly share your personal contact information.
4. Assumption of Risk
Your participation in the Show and any related activities in Bali is voluntary and at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while participating or attending.
5. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Website, the Form, and the Show are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Website or participation in the Show, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your participation in the Show.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or remove any submission or terminate your access to the Form at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
8. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued submission of the Form constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts in Bali, Indonesia.
